本案位於校園的西北角，前臨生態水池，故量體採凹字形配置，圍塑景觀中庭，連結前方生態水池。量體造型採有效率的圍塑配置，再輔以一樓挑高穿廊、各樓層走廊突陽台來破除封閉感。

一樓規劃多功能展演室與挑高半戶外穿廊，用以銜接校園動線，並可連結至景觀中庭與前方生態水池，營造良好動線串聯與景觀視野，二、三樓走廊空間延伸至西側露臺，營造端景並增加空間之多元性與趣味性。建築量體造型相互堆疊卡扣、抽拉變化，象徵融合多元教學的精神意義，北側立面留設大面景觀窗望向生態水池，西側開窗位置設置深遮簷造型框架，降低建築耗能，外牆主題呼應校內既有建物色調及相關土木建築科班砌磚技藝之職人精神傳承延續，採用磚紅色牆加以分割變化，並創造現代化嶄新的表情。

本案競圖與基本設計與 MAUD 英國思瑞建築與都市規劃有限公司共同合作。

The building is at the northern-west of the campus and an eco-pond is in front of it. The object layout is a U-shape to enclose a courtyard and connect to the eco-pond. With a high ceiling hallway at ground floor and balconies of each floor, the efficient U-shape layout is more opening.

The hallway and multi-purpose exhibition room in the ground floor create the campus circulation and extend the way to the green courtyard and eco-pond. The corridor of second and third floor extend to the west-side terrace and it create an end view with diverse and fun space. The various stacking and pull-push way of the building objects symbolize the application of diverse teaching methods and spirit. In the northern side, large scale window façade facing to the eco-pond, and there are deep eaves above the western side openings to increase the building energy efficiency. The façade is responded to the surrounding of the campus and the inheritance of the brick professional art from the architecture department. The divide of red brick façade also creates a modern look.
