為了反映宏達國際電子的企業文化_簡潔simplicity，此次廠房設計採用一張紙彎折的概念，在整體中區分出入口、作業區、休息區等空間，形成了All in One 的量體設計。

配置上，將貨車、汽機車動線集中設置於東側以留下最大之綠地空間，員工休憩餐廳則採大開窗面臨綠地空間。作業廠區並須考慮與西側既有廠房之動線連結。

立面開窗設計，採用簡潔長條開窗反映作業廠房機能以及該公司企業文化。

In order to reflect the industry culture of HTC– simplicity, the factory is designed with the concept of folding a piece of paper. The entrance, working space, and resting space are distinguished in the architecture, which is designed as an all-in-one volume.
In configuration, the driveway for trucks and cars are concentrated in the east side for the biggest green space. Workers’ dining room has big opening windows that face the green space. Besides, the working area has to take the route connection with the east factory into consideration.
The window design of the elevation is about using simple and long openings to reflect the function of the factory and the industry culture of HTC.
